Two format options -

One solid foundation for your career

Over the course of either 3 days for our intensive workshop, or 4 months for the extended program, we partner with you to uncover your inner leader. Together, we help you build your networks, and leverage your strengths and preferences as you plan a fulfilling and rewarding career as a leader in your field.

Each participant will be provided with:

Reference texts and other supporting materials
A notebook and worksheets for recording your progress
Self-paced homework and exercises relevant to each topic

An experienced mentor

Your cohort mentor will be an experienced executive or senior executive leader who is also a qualified executive coach. They will remain available to you for the duration of the program and generously share their experience and act as a sounding board for you to test your ideas
