MYSTEL’s establishment in 2024 formalised the collaboration between the Managing Directors of Mind You Services and The Expert Leader to deliver the OPS Program – a leadership development program which has been supporting the development of leaders and their networks since 2022. We are very proud to have created a program that is focused on the needs of emerging and established leaders in highly specialised contexts, such as the Australian Public Service.
MYSTEL’s Directors, Lynn White and Rochelle Fittler are both former Senior Executives in the Australian Public Service, and bring a wealth of experience in government and technology leadership to the professional development and advisory services that MYSTEL offers.

Rochelle Fittler
​Rochelle is a former CIO, Operations Manager, and Senior International Liaison Officer with 20+ years in the Defence and Intelligence Sector.
She now focuses on developing leadership capability, drawing on her science and analysis background to translate research into practical insights. She has led major technology reviews, built new intelligence and operational capabilities, and negotiated international cooperation agreements.

With decades of experience in Defence, Intelligence and Cyber Security roles in government, Lynn is a highly respected senior leader, qualified coach and trusted mentor who brings an effective and practical approach to leadership development.

Jen is an accomplished leader who is passionate about the positive impact that great leadership has on people, performance, and organisational success.
With two decades of experience in Australia's National Security Community, Jen has demonstrated her ability to build and lead diverse, highly technical, and geographically dispersed teams to achieve outstanding results.

He has worked in the research sector (in entomology), the Australian Public Service (APS) and private sector.

Derek is a distinguished senior leader, executive coach, board advisor, and mentor with over three decades of service in Australia’s intelligence and security community.
